Vehicles & Disorientation with severe confusion

Has anyone experienced these symptoms in additon to the regular seizures?
When I ride in a car, bus, or truck,  I go into instant diorientation when the vehicle makes a sudden left, right, up or down motion.  Once the disorientation takes over, I go into severe confusion and I panic or sometimes pass out.

When, I watch a television program and it has the camera staking or moving in odd directions the very same thing happens to me again.  One program had a sky diver with a camera attached to his helmet while filming.  I had to look away quickly for I was suddenly getting nauseated, disoriented and severe confusion was setting in on me.

I can duplicate the same situation by setting in my home office swible chair and spining around a couple times. I instantly become disoriented and severe confusion.  It take me me quite awhile to get myself back together agian;

I first noticed these things and others after my head injuries years ago.  I also have a constant high pitched sound in both ears every day since my last head injury.

Could these things just be my Epilepsy or could these symptoms be the result of my head injuries?

I get this in cars, subways, walking down the street etc. (anything moving), I'm not passing out but I'm unable to open eyes with movement because I start spinning, feel like I'm  falling etc, I also start sweating and my hands shake.  I  have recently been diagnosed with an serious ear infection (inner ear / mastoid bone).

Hi,

How are you?
This disorientation that you feel could be due to a disease of the vestibular system in the inner ear. Inner ear diseases like Meniere’s disease, Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can cause pain in the ears and disorientation and vertigo on changing direction or movement of the head.
You may want to consult an ENT specialist about it. Do keep us posted!
