What is wrong ?

i'm 71, diabetic, light headed-strange feeling in head, eye pain and floaters, numbness all over, staggering, confusion, legs feel heavy and no one knows what is wrong. I never do much anymore, because I'm never feeling well and not my old self.. People see I'm different lately. I can't remember words and can't pronounce some now. i had a bad fall recently. My head always feels weird.

Have you had any imaging done?  i.e. MRI   You need an image done to r/o TIA/Stroke especially given your history of Diabetes.  Diabetes are notorious for having vascular issues.

What meds are you taking?

Test for vitamin B12 deficiency. To add, diabetes drug metformin is a known cause of vitamin B12 deficiency. Optimal B12 serum is above 800pg/mL or 600pmol/L. If your B12 levels are under this, then sublingual B12 is highly recommended.
