What is your take on these symptoms?

Ok, here it goes.I am a 26 yo M. I was diagnosed with RA last year(confirmed with +RH factor) and now I am not positive. I have been seeing a rhuemy and he has been extremely confused about my case and wants to send me for a second opinion. Rhumey sees my mom too and said "your mom is straightforward, you make no sense." Since developing swollen painful hands my motor skills are dimished, I have a hard time opening things, using tools and when I try to grasp things with my fingers they hurt so bad that I can't hold on. It has gotten increasingly worse over the past year. Before this started, when I was about 16 I started having painful leg cramps at night upon laying down. Predominantly in my right leg and rarely in my left leg. Accompanied by increasing muscle weakness, fast forward to a year ago - upon being diagnosed with RA I was also sent to a neurologist to see if I had something else going on. EMG was performed to check if maybe I had carpal tunnel, which I did. I was relaying my muscle symptoms and overall poor health to the doc and he suggested I might have a metabolic myopathy(after doing emg). He asked a whole bunch of questions about the progressive muscle weakness and ran a ton of tests and something that has been high on a bunch of test over the years has been my total CK, venturing has high as 2250. He wanted a muscle biopsy done and low and behold I can't afford it at all. Since I saw him things have gotten worse. Random muscle twitches all over, right leg is now noticeably smaller than left, visible muscle lumps above right knee and on calf, cramps so bad I can't walk, when I can walk the leg is so painful walking is abnormal, loss of feeling in foot. Also - I am randomly getting feelings of pins and needles in my hands and feet. My vision has gotten worse and my mental compacity is dulled. Now time for tests. The only things that have been abnormal have been total ck, liver enzymes(im a bit overweight) and lactic acid at rest(twice)I've had virtually every blood lab panel done ever and they are all normal.

I don't have insurance right now, so I am stuck waiting. I am getting worse though. The past 3 months have been hell as pain is getting worse and I can't think straight.

So what do you guys think?

Thank you
