Flakes of white tissue in urine and in stool
Constant fatigue
Dizziness, can't stand long enough to fold laundry
Mental Fogginess, cannot remember simple things, names of clients
Difficulty expressing my thoughts verbally, especially telling a story or anything in a sequence
Flashes in my vision, constant
Chronic disorientation, lack of position sense
Increase in blood pressure
Difficulty speaking, like I have oncoming larengytis that comes and goes

CT of abdomen, Ultrasound of Pelvis unremarkable
MRI is unremarkable

SSEP test, couldn't feel any stimulation of nerves on my left ankle, right ankle and both wrists hurt when done

It's getting very difficult to work anymore.  Any help would be appreciated!

Have your Thyroid and B vitamin levels checked, and a liver function test.  Sounds similar to Lupus or MS.
