Wierd Zap Feelings?Blood Pressure?Meds?

For the last 3 months i have been experiencing these ZAPPY feelings when i wake up in the morning, and sometimes can take hours before the syptoms go away. (zappy, somewhat electric shock feeling, lose my balance, somtimes i want to drop to the ground symptoms). I cannot find anything or get any advice what so every which is starting to frustrate me. Could this be a blood pressure issue maybe or a medication mixture or reaction problem? (10mgPaxil, 1mg Clonazepam, 7.5mg Immovane) ....Ive never posted in Neurology before, so maybe someone can shed some light on what this may be....the closest things that i have found was maybe some receptor issue in the brain. Im clueless! Thank you so much!

I wouldn't think there would be a problem with the ssri and benzo.  I read up on the Immovane and it's not available in the US and i never heard of it.  The info suggests it's similiar to other sleep aids which makes me think that It's probably not a good idea to take it long term and there may be interactions with it and your other meds.  Do you  take anything else?  Supplements, etc. that may effect your serotonin levels?
You may want to discuss your med combination with your doctor and think about reducing the Imovane and see if that helps.  The SSRI and benzo should solve your sleep problems if taking the right dosages, thus allowing you to stop the sleep aid.  Let me know how you make out.
