brief blackouts, trouble focusing, headaches, fatigue and pain in left hand?

For the past few weeks I have been having headahces, extreme fatigue and trouble focusing/dizziness when trying to drive, read, write etc. The headaches vary. Sometimes it feels like a sinus headache (pressure under the eyes) and other times they are extreme pain on the top of my head. I began getting the headaches on the top of my head about a year ago. They sometimes become so painful that I can not sleep. Now for the past month or so, I have been having brief seconds of blacking out. I was driving earlier and focusing on the road, when it became breifly fuzzy, then nothing at all. The pain in my hand is very alarming. I have never had anything like it. I can not grab onto things like I could before. My hand physically will not grab tightly onto things, and when I try I feel pain in my hand as well as up my arm. I have also noticed while typing this, my fingers do not move as quickly as my right hand. Another thing I have been struggling with is facial twitching. My left eye and my chin will twitch frequently. I use to notice this if I was lacking of sleep, but it has become more frequent. I am only 18 and I am very concerned. I am a female, 18 years old, 5'9 and roughly 130 pounds. I am not sure if that is important to know or not. Someone give answers, I am very scared.
