Hi,
I can understand that you are completely stressed out. If your mother’s MRI, CT scan and eye exam do not show any abnormality, the symptoms could be due to Cervical spondylosis(symptoms are dizziness and blurred vision on turning the head suddenly). Is she suffering from Anxiety Panic attacks now and then? The vision symptoms are a significant part of Anxiety panic attacks. Please consult a physician first since her MRI and CT scan are normal. The symptom could also be an aura related to migraine. Please discuss these possibilities with the physician. You need to take a second opinion of another neurologist and eye surgeon if these possibilities are ruled out. I sincerely hope that you get a diagnosis soon.   Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!

Take her to get a second opinion, maybe that person can be of help-. Always get second opinions to be really sure that there is nothing wrong. Go to the appointment with her. Go in with her to speak with the doctor so that you know exactly what is going on. I have gone through this with my son. I'm really glad that I did. We ended up getting a really good doctor who has done more for us in 1.5 yrs than the other doctor did in 3 yrs. It could be a good thing. If you are her caregiver than the doctor will want to speak with you anyhow. Talk to your mother about this and explain to her how you feel and try to make her understand. Be honest with her about how you feel stressed out and how she can help to alleviate this. Do you see and physical changes in her or her demeanor? Take a step back and take a good long look at her from an outsiders perspective who might know a bit about her and see if there is even a little bit of change to her. I really hope this helps, in the mean time, you can always talk to a professional or to a really close friend or relative just to get your feelings out. Talking almost always helps. Good Luck.
