I have constant pain on my teeth, not necessarily from hot or cold. It never stops and I can't go out in the cold because of my post polio and hypothermyia.

I wrote it under "title for your question', what ever that means.

See an endodontist to see if you may need a root canal.  Also try using sensodyne toothpaste and see if that helps.  I have a problem with two upper molars that I was sure needed a root canal but the dentist said no, I started using Sensodyne and it has gone away.
