can someone help me?

I am startling my journal because I have been noticing many weird changes in my body that are starting to worry me and I find if I go to the doctor about this problem then it would be nice  if I had some of the symptoms wrote down and when they happen.  These symptoms have happened before this attack but I never recorded it on paper.

For this episode my symptoms started on Tuesday April 22nd, 2008 and lasted until Thursday April 24, 2008.  symptoms included head pain behind the eyes,  blurry vision eyes get really cloudy, and the worst was the neck, spine and shoulder pain.  This pain would get worse if I would look toward the ground or from side to side.  I also have noticed that when I talk to people I have slurred speach.  I also have noticed I am very unbalanced and get bruises on one side of my body.  And my left leg has given out twice and I fell to the ground.
Symptoms I have on a daily basis:

My vision is getting really bad
Can't focus and words run together
fatigue
tired
unbalanced
weak
dizzy like room spinning
cant concentrate on one thing anymore like I used to
can't multi-task.
memory problems
drop everything
fingers numb
can't do buttons zippers well anymore.

this episode started on Saturday, July 12, 2008.

Saturday--- I had lower back pain so bad it hurt to bend over to pick up things.
Sunday--- so tired when I woke up.  I Had head ache as the day went by I start to have pain behind the eyes with blurry vision.  plus back pain and headache.  by the end of this day I feel like I have a bruise on the top of my spine when I lean back on the couch.
Monday--- I wake up unable to move my neck from side to side or look around or down.  also I am bumping into everything. then I start to not talk right I say the wrong words and try to say a word right and it comes out all twisted.  also I started to feel numb on my face EXAMPLE. like a man who has a full beard and mustache...well my numbness was in the area of a mans full beard and mustache and my lips were numb.  This numbness feels like when you go to the dentist and get numbed with the needle then after you leave and go home when it starts to un numb thats what it feels like.
Tuesday--- I still had slight neck pain and today is now Friday and the pain of the back and neck and headache are still here slightly.

Hi there,
Someone mentioned your age, i didnt look at your profile but if you are a younger woman (20-30's) there are a few things that you could look into to talk to you doctor about.  I am 24 and have had quite a few health problems with a lot of the same symptoms for 3 years now.  All of those things combined could be Fibromialgia, MS, lyme disease or the tingling can be due to neuropathy or herniated discs.  I was diagnosed with fibromalgia and lyme disease, am monitored for MS every 6 months as my symptoms continue.
I am not saying any of this to scare you, a journal is the best thing you can do to bring to a doctor.  My advice is to make sure your doctor listens, runs tests, and continues to do tests until you feel better or you find an answer.  As i said its been 3 years and I am just finding out now i have herniated discs in my spine, which could have been a large part of my problem all along.  Good Luck, And dont give up until you get someone to help you get relief.

i read thru a few of your symptoms & it sounds like it must b hard coping. your age mite also b important. If u visit a good neurologist & he/ she takes a good history from u, i'm sure they cud make a diagnosis & start treatment asap.
some things u can look into:
1)r u on any present meds
2)also try to trace if anything usually triggers an attack
3) does walking/ rest make your symptoms better / worse?
your worsening vision & the pain in eye mite be sumtin u want to c a doctor for - sounds serious, could b anything now.

hope it helps a little. let me kno wats the update
