can this be nerve damage?

i been have a burning feeling in my right side of chest since april of this year, it all started back in feb from picking up a tv stand and it pulled my left side muscle out and then afterwards i got massages to help that side and what happen i was feeling for muscle knots on my chest on the left and right side of chest so the burning feeling i have could it be nerve damage?

Sounds like it couldn't be anything different from what you have stated and it sounds like it is coming from your Cervical spine is my guess.  

Get the Cervical (neck) spine MRI and go from there.

yea i have been to a heart dr and they did an ultrasound, and a chest xray, mri of shoulder and everything came back normal even starting going to a neurolgy dr and had a emg/ncv and that came out normal, idk what other test to take to determine what the problem they want to do and mri of my neck next, its just alot of stress, they gave me prescribed lyrica for the pain which blocks the burning feeling like at least 60 percent thur out the day so thats why I'm thinking its nerve problems or a nerve damage, I just need some advice on what else it could be, does pinch nerves happen after compression on the chest? I'm just worry about having to be on meds everyday for the rest of my life just to feel relief. Any input will help me out
