MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. Multiple sclerosis is a possibility since the symptoms are tingling, numbness, loss of balance, weakness in one or more limbs, blurred or double vision, slurred speech, sudden onset of paralysis, cognitive difficulties.  A clinical history and examination with plaques in white matter on mri and oligoclonal bands on csf tap aid in the diagnosis. Epilepsy if not well controlled with levetericetam should need an additional anti epileptic or dose adjustment. I cannot really advise more without a clinical evaluation and it would be prudent to request the medical deptt in hospital to prepone the neurologist appointment. Take care.
