the brain parenchyma is intact, with no focal mass lesion nor abnormal calcification seen.
there is no parenchymal hemorrhage nor infarction seen.
there is normal gray-white matter demarcation.
the midline structures are undisplaced.
the sulci, sylvian fissures, and cerebellar folia are unremarkable. the ventricles are normal in size. no extra-axial fluid collection nor hematoma noted.
