earache & inside head pain with sore throat.

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help with this question, yesterday I had a sore throat feeling which seem to come & go, well now not so much feeling the sore throat much but having a very piercing earache in left ear hitting me every minute or two which if I lay down then the earache pain shifts to inside of head more to top left corner inside, what is strange about this is the top of my head in that area is very sensitive to the touch feeling somewhat a bit of pain, this feels like an earache much so though as to when I lay down it becomes a piercing pain inside head. I notice to that if I sneeze it hurts very much in ear I even feel now as I am writing this that the pain has now shifted to the back of my throat as though on top of the tongue very painful to say the least...
Anyone who knows what this could be or had similar experiences please let me know I will probably go to urgent care this morning.

it seems as if you have a sinus infection or an ear infection which has spread you can go to your doctor to get antibiotics or something but i also suggest googling home remedies for this condition i feel they really help.
