facial nerve damage
Recently (6 weeks back) I fell down and injured my left side of my face and nose. There is a fracture on my nose. But there is numbness on the left side of my nose and left side of my face the portion near to nose. when i smile the lips on left side not coming up.
Please let me know is it a nerve damage and no cure?
