leaking yellow liquid from nose

i am experiencing a yellow liquid leaking from my nose mostly right nostril if i bend over it leaks out it has a awful smell and can be sticky what is it it will fill up a tissue ."

Apparently you have a raging infection going on in your sinus cavities.  The nose goes up into rather large vacant places, it's just the way breathing works, and once in a while there can be a clog that happens or a bacteria gets in there, and infection will set up shop and really stir up some angry yellow discharge.  That's all in the world it is; it is not your brains coming out or anything.  

So, best solution is to go to an ear nose throat ENT physician, he will be able to figure out what is going on in there, clean out your nose and put an antibacterial solution in there, and give you a prescription nose spray that will kill off whatever infection might still be hiding in theree.  And within just a couple weeks, you'll be brand new.  He may even find you have a slight injury up in there or something that is making this happen more easily than it should, and he can even offer a way to repair any abnormalities similar to that.  If you continue to just use over-the-counter relief, it's just putting a bandaid on it.  So, please make an appointment to see an ENT doc.
