lifted a heavy load 3 years back and no respite since then help needed desperately

I am 30 male ...I lifted a heavy load 3 years back that put a lot of stress on my back especially my mid spine..At that point I felt some pain but in mid-night i woke up with tingling in my feet..next morning was worse as I had no urge to pee which I always had and neither I had an erection . Next few days continued in same fashion with pain and tingling in only mid night. However i did regain erection but not as hard as it used to be and also if i took say 4-5 glasses of water within half an hour or so i got urge to pee.but till date, neither i could regain my hard erection, nor if i take ample of water, urine formation is really slow and i get very little urge..the pleasure i used to get on touching testes has gone and also testicular movement is not same.. my testes seem to be lifeless. they don't feel the same..but this did not happen overnight.. i took place gradually.. I CAN WALK,RUN,SWIM. I did MRI FROM T4 ONWARDS which was fine and did USG Of testicles , KFT. everything seems to be fine but these symptoms seem to persist..Its been 3 years now .TO SUM IT UP I DON'T FEEL TIGHTNESS IN STOMACH ON EATING, BLADDER OR BOWELS. I feel as if my dorsal spine is blocked till date where maximum stress took place. if i stretch i feel pain at dorsal spine..Please let me know what the problem could be..
