pain in right side of the body from head to toe

i am having pain in the right side of the body from head to toe since last about three years. CT Scan and MRI of brain were normal. My Xray manifested some spondylitis of dorsal region. Is there some permanent cure of this problem?

I am also having pain from head to toe on the right side. At first it started from right side of abdomen and gradually to  right leg and now on the right side of head.
I am really scared as i have BP and diabetic. If any information about the cause please let me know

i am having the same problem where pain on the head is on one side to the neck to my right hand sight side of my stomach and right leg such that when i walk i feel some pain on the toes.

a CT scan was done but showed everything is normal.

I am bit concerned now since even sore throat is on one side of the throat, blisters in the mouth on one side etc.
