pins & needles in toes

I reg get pins & needles in my toes of both feet. Could this be the start of Peripheral neuropathy?, If so, what can be done to prevent it from getting worse?

Hi.

Neuropathy is not the only cause for pins and needles in toes. Your concern about neuropathy is apt, but there are other causes also that you have to consider. Some of the common causes, apart from Diabetic neuropathy, are anemia, hyperventilation, mineral deficiency and vitamin deficiency.

I would recommend a Neurologist's opinion.

Regards
