Please help, I am 16, female.
I get headaches on a daily basis and at some point for a few minuites each day I loose focase on everything. I can see but its like my brain cant regester what its seeing. I forget things constantly. I repeat my self. Like the other day my friend said they'd ring me in 5 minuites. They did. Then I forgot and rang them back 10 minuites later asking why they didnt ring me. Its stuff like that but I always forget. I also think I might have mild depression. I used to be depressed and self harm, that was about 6months - a year ago. I get angrey at the tinyest thing. I just dont know if its growning up or what.

Anxiety and depression can most definately cause all of your symptoms. I'm sure you know this but you really need to go to the doctor and get checked out. They can prescribe you something for your anxiety and depression and make sure there is nothing more going on. 16 is a really hard age and sometimes adults don't take your problems seriously and I understand that but please get yourself some help. Hi, im a 20 yr old female and I can relate to some of your symptoms and actually felt the need to go to the ER for them the other day. but they told that everything was fine with my tests and they only found a cyst in my sinus which they didnt find too concerning. I have a doctors appointment next month to follow up with because i feel i need more testing for my issues. you should too.
