Hi there. Infections and fever can make an otherwise healthy individual more prone to have a seizure. a single episode of seizure cannot be marked as epilepsy. An EEG to ensure that there are no structural abnormalities in brain. Normal EEG and MRI brain are encouraging though this does not rule out a future episode. You need to consult a physician for investigating any underlying infectious condition, high or low blood sugar, injury, electrolyte imbalance, drug withdrawal syndrome etc. one can also have different types of seizures at the same time like generalized tonic clonic and absence seizure. These causes need to be ruled out and caution exercised in future. Anti epileptic drugs may not be required unless an organic cause is detected. Hope this helps. Take care.
