sensative arm pit

under my arm pit is sensative and under my should blade on the same arm is sensetive.  what could it be

It could be a tender or swollen lymph node as many of the lymph nodes can be found in that part of the body and can cause pain or swelling if overactive related to more bacteria in that area or other causes. It could also be related to an irritaed nerve in that area. Truthfully only a thorough history and physical exam can reveal what is trully going on, so I suggest you schedule an appointment with your primary doctor to discuss treatment, diagnosis, and relief of your symtoms.
