I have had a number of tests to figure out why I have muscle twitching all over. I have had all the tests done that I can imagine including an emg! I have had electrical stimulating test, shock test (not sure what it was called), all kinds of blood work and mri's of the c-spine, t-spine, and lumbar spine. I do have epidural lipomatosis of the t-spine. According to my neuro he said this could because of Cushing's. He was not aware if my symptoms could be related to Cushing's and is sending me to an endo for more testing. I am also being sent to an neuromuscular specialist for more follow up test including another emg.

Does anybody know if Cushing's Syndrome causes muscle twitching? I am hoping it is related to Cushing's rather than a more serious neurological or muscle disease!

I had the muscle twitching all over too and was very worried about als and other neuromuscular diseases.  My endo found that my vitamin d was very very low. After I started taking vitamin D, my twitching stopped. Have you had a vit D level taken lately? If you wear sunblock, you may not be getting enough vit D when you go outside. Therefore, you may not be absorbing enough.
I'll be interested to know what it is. Good Luck. RN626
