im 68 im havin tinngling an numnesson theright sid of my face an arm just got out of hosptial seem like 5day later the same thing comming want to know whats goin onim taking this lipitor for high chostal and three high blood pressure pill

I'm here as I woke up with a clear dent in my shin. Never had it before and know my legs really well. It's only on one of them and as I'm stroking the area it seems to be a little bit less (as in tiny bit less). I've started statins prob 2 weeks ago.

Here is what's interesting. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and was given 20mg of Lipitor. A few weeks after I began a consistent regiment, I was in the E.R. with BP 153/101. And it happened again 3 months later, then again after I stopped taking it for 6 months and started again. 4 weeks after I started taking it regularly after the long stoppage I was back in the hospital after for high blood pressure, palpations, chest pains.and headache. Doctors will give you every reason to say it's not lipitor. But the proof is in the pudding. I'm not saying get off lipitor what I'm saying is it could be the cause. This is an old question. So what ended up happening?
