toxic B^

My B6 level is 346.8 have only been taking a multi vit contraining 2.2 mg daily. Have for the last year or so weird feeling in toes (tighness) no pain. Neurologist said to stop taking B6 I feel this small amount would not cause
toxity. He said I had Polyneuropathy. He did a Sensory Nerve Conduction, Needle EMG, F-Wave, Peroneal.R.
Labs done..SR, TSH, T3, B12, folic acid, HBAIC, Vit B6, Pep, Immunofixation.  All were within normal limits with the exception of B6.Is there anything else causing toxity donb't know why it is not excreted in urine as it is a water soluable vitamin.  Is there an enzyme I can take to help excrete it.

Well you should certainly stop taking B6, regardless of it being a small dose. Also try to find a toxicology specialist.

Andrew Weil has a good organization. I might go there for advice. One of my daughters has a toxicity problem (different from yours) and I plan to contact his organization since her improvement has only been minimal.
