visual disturbances..

Hello :)

I am a 25 year old woman, and i'm been having som issues with my sight..
it started for 3,5 years ago, under my first pregnancy. My vision started to change. i got alot of floaters, and started to notice hundreds of little electric spots in bright enviroments and by loocking at the sky (entoptic phenomena). I also started noticing that when i turn my eyes to the left and to the right, i see an arc shaped flash, which i think is called pressure phenomena.

i got migraine too, with aura. the migraine starts with the classic flashing and lasts for about 30 minutes.

but there is one visual disturbance that i dont know what are,, i got flashing around my natural blind spot and in pheriphery, spesially in bright enviroments and when going from dark to bright light. it is in both eyes, 24/7..!!

and when i run or jump i can see my bloodvessels in eye,but only in bright light. is that normal pressure phosphene?

some times i've noticed that its worse during stressed periods with alot of anxiety..and the flashing around blind spot is bad during panic attack.

i've done alot of testing:

- 3 Mri of brain - negative,no pathalogical findings
- 1 Mri of brain with contrast, negative.
(all of my mri's are showing a white spot/plaque in frontal lobe, left side. there has been no change in the spot in 4 years, its the same in all mri's )
- been to eye dr. 15 times, 4 different doctors. !!!! visual field testing and more, they all told me that my eye pressure is fine, retina is fine.
- had an ERG, negative.
- got 2 spinal taps.. negative.
- ekg many times, negative.
- EMG because of twitching,negative.
- alot of bloodwork testing too.. like hormone check up,and more.

is it becaus of poor bloodflow to eyes?
could it be pressure?
could it be something with pituitary gland, that is close to to the visual pathway in brain?
is it just normal?
is somthing wrong with my heart?

i have problems with my right hand and "weak" knee/leg.. but i think its becaus of my muscles irritating nerves...alot of emotional stress with my kids and lack off sleep. im going to a chiro now.. not helping yet..

sorry for my poor english ;)) hoping for some answers

I have already stated the difference.  An MRA focuses SOLELY on the vessels (arteries) in the brain whereas an MRI's focus is broader.

hmm...what is the difference?

No, it isn't.  An MRA solely focuses on imaging the vessels in the head/brain.

Sounds like this could be a vascular issue.

Have you ever had an MRA?  (this is NOT an MRI)
