whats the best path?

Since my car accident i sufferd many injerys but my main concern is the deterioration of my compression fractures of t11 t12 l1 the disk between 11 and 12 is aplying pressure to my spinal cord and i am or already lost function of my bladder bowles and are slowly loosing my ability to walk i was in st Vincents hospital 12 months ago they tosed back and forward to idea of fusion and at last moment decided not to. However i had not lost functions at that point of time.

As more time goes bye i am slowly gettiong worse i am now constantly getting pins and needles down legs and are completely reliant on my husband for me ,but also to look after our 4 children how can i get the doctors to properly review. i recently spent 2 weeks in local hospital and GP is sending me back to gynocoligist for review and then on to bladder specialist to review as to why i have in ablilty to void. i am at loss as to what to do. as i believe that all my problems go back to pressure on spinal cord.? some of the other injerys are 1.5 cm tear incartlage in right hip

Hi,
Your problem is related to nerves and spinal cord . You have to consult a neurologist. He will be able to help you.May be you will require a surgery to retain the space between the vertebrae.Otherwise your limbs could be paralysed. Please take an X- Ray Spine, MRI and consult the Neurologist as soon as possible.Hope this helps you.Take care and regards!
