Hi, I was just wondering if there's a chance I had high cholesterol or triglycerides, I've been having some light/medium headaches the last three days, usually at nighttime when watching tv or being on the computer. I was wondering it also because I use to eat lots of meat. I'm kind of a bodybuilder, I started at about 60 kg and am now at 74 approx. with some minor fat around my waist I think, I'm not that big really but this issue has been bothering me recently. A bit about my diet: I eat 4 egg whites and 1 yolk daily with some white bread, then I eat about 200 g of chicken/beef(very lean)/fish with some pasta/rice/potatoes and some veggies, then some protein shake with an apple and a banana. Later, I workout(almost always 2 hrs-6 times a week) weightlifting to bulk up, then get back home to eat again my 200g of chicken/beef/fish and the carbs with veggies. The thing is I usually eat like 400g of beef when it's beef week (I cycle between beef/chicken/fish every week) and do the same with the other two so I was thinking I might eat too much red meat... I don't eat junk food really, maybe some occasional not-so-healthy meat which is high fat(like tacos, I'm from mexico lol) but not really often. I have yet to make an appointment for a lab test but well I suffer from pretty bad anxiety too and I am struggling with my health concerns, I start obsessing with the idea I might be dying from the inside just because I have some light symptoms like this headaches... btw, labs really scare me... my last endoscopy actually triggered my anxiety and panic attacks so... I'm afraid to get the test done and that's why I wanted some sort of opinion from an expert, not that I'm skipping the test lol. I'm just curious. Oh and I don't drink almost at all, maybe a beer or 2 every 2 or 3 weeks. Thanks a lot in advance!
