You need to be evaluated by your physician or referred to a gastroenterologist (preferred).  Your symptoms require immediate treatment as your body will gradually deplete itself of essential nutrients.  They will be able to assist you in proper nutrition and diagnose the underlying cause of your symptoms.  You're not crazy either, these symptoms suggest a gastrointestinal cause firstmost.  Call your doctor tomorrow--be honest with them about the duration and severity of your symptoms as it will help them assess your condition.
