Gooooooooooooooooooooooooood morning or evening or day or night or afternoon ladies and gentlemen and hello. My name is Hamed Khatiz and I am a sixteen year old with many occupations from Sydney. I have been training, as in, doing weights, cardio 5-6 days a week with a Personal Trainer named Brad for about 3 weeks. Because I have never done any training before, Brad says, only worry about the basics. I shuold not so much be worried about nutrition or recovery just yet, but yeah.
Lately, thought I have noticed something I can't help but notice. After a meal, I get hungry really easy. Literally 10 minutes after, I am having that hungry feeling in my stomach. I do not do abdominal weights, it is all limbs, so why is my stomach so hungry? I was going to ask Brad earlier but he wasn't here, so I might as well ask you guys anyway. Thanks.
