Doesn't your state provide you with a list of job openings? You are young. Can't they find you a job?
Sorry to read you are homeless. Many churches feed the homeless. How do you have access to a computer. Are you living in a Shelter that has one?
But anyway visit the different churches in your area and speak to the Pastor. A Pastor is supposed to help the Community outside the church walls too, not just his members. If you find a church that also makes you feel like a pest as the State is doing, then go to the next church you find and the next until you find one that follows the teaching of Jesus.
