Multi-vitamin

With the plethora of vitamins on the market, I feel like a kid in a candy store and I'm mostly confused about what to get.

I'm in my early 30's and I"m healthy. I currently take a Centrum multivitamin once a day and a calcium supplment with magnesium and vitamin D.

Do I even need the extra calcium supplement or is a centrum multivitamin enough? Thank you for your time.

At your age you do not need the additional calcium. The daily Centrum is fine as long as you are eating proper meals daily, too.
