Low BP/ Anemic?

I wanted to ask your thoughts on what I have experienced recently.

Last week (July 9) while I was at work (I was sitting at the computer) I started feeling a tightness and pain in my chest and then began to feel dizzy, light headed, began to sweat, and passed out a few seconds,  I felt like I couldn’t catch my breath and felt overwhelmingly thirsty, although I was nauseated.

When the EMS arrived they took my blood sugar and it was 139 and my blood pressure was 60/30. When I got to the ER they redrew my blood sugar and it was 90. They did a chest xray, catscan of my head, EKG and monitored my heart rate which stayed in range between 66-54, BP 120/93 - 99/59, my BP all my life normally ranges 90's/ 50-60's. The DR released me and gave me a diagnosis of vertigo, and said that all my other test results came back normal and told me to follow up with my PCP 1-2 days. I have an appt next week.
In CBC
WBC 11.3 (High)  (4.0-10.5) normal range
MCHC 32.9 (Low) (33-37)
RDW 15.8 (High) (11.5-14.5)
SEG 39 (Low)
RBC Morphology +1 Anisocytosis +1 Ovalocytes
Everything else all within normal range

In Comp Metabolic Panel
Glucose 126 (High) (70-110)
Blood Urea Nitrogen 3 (Low) (5-25)
ALK Phosphate 130 (High) (31-107)
Everything else all within normal range
My diet has not changed, about 2 months ago I went to PCP for swollen glands in my throat, and then last month for these raised red spots that have been starting to form which my PCP said was Cherry angiomas.

To find out if you are anemic you need additional blood work - iron profile, and vitamin B12. Suggest you discuss this with your MD when you go next week.
