Thanks for your help, I am going to see a Homeopathic allergist next week (called advanced allergy elimination), they will test me to find out everything I am allergic to and then treat me. So I'm looking forward to that. Thanks again.
Recommend you see the Allergist before you buy any supplements, etc. due to being unsure exactly what foods you are allergic to. Fruits and vegetables contain almost all the vitamins and minerals needed by our bodies so it is good you are consuming them. Best of luck.
Hi Nikky...
I suggest you this store where u can find various anti-allergy herbal supplements. I hope u will get one for yourself.

Sorry, I replied to the kristen970 and not you. Suggest you go to an Allergist to be tested on what exactly you are allergic too then you will know what to eat or not. A number of people who are cannot tolerate gluten are also dairy intolerant. You stated that your diet is boring; however, you have eliminated the carbohydrates starches out of your diet. If you are not allergic to corn you can have corn products, such as corn tacos and rice noodles as pasta, rice cakes, and potato pancakes to names a few and give you variety. An excellent website www.celiac.org is a great resource for information of the disease, gluten-free diet, and food products with gluten.
Nicky,
Have you seen an allergy specialist? Maybe you can be tested so that you know the full spectrum of what you are allergic to.
If you are worrie about your nutrition, you could just take a good multivitamin and mineral. If you are eating lost of fruit and veg I doubt whther you woud be lacking in much but to be sure visit a nutritionist with your diet plan.
