thanks for the advice. i do eat atleast 3 times a day and sometimes even 6 and i will try to eat more snacks and ill make sure to drink some Ensure drinks.
Your weight is just above the 25th percentile and your height is between the 10-25th percentile for your age. You are 17 and may not have finished growing yet. Males can grow up to 21-23 years old. If you do 'work out' with weights, you will gain weight. As you gain lean body muscle, you will gain weight because muscle weight more than fat. Suggest you eat 3 times a day with snacks between meals. Suggest drinking either nutrient dense drinks (in addition to eating your meals) such as ensure or make your own milkshakes or yogurt smoothies - milk, ice cream, and frozen fruit blended together, or yogurt, milk, and frozen fruit blended together for extra calories, protein and nutrients to help increase your weight.
