Vitamin/Mineral Intake: Too much?

I am an avid gym goer, and a competitive varsity athlete. I am also a very wholesome eater with a diet composed mainly of lean meats (chicken, turkey, lean beef, shrimp) and nearly eat 2 eggs everyday. I eat a ton of vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, celery, carrots, tomatoes, onion) and an adequate amount of fruit. I rarely eat dairy, and limit my wheat intake.

In order to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle I have recently begun taking several vitamins.

Is this list okay for me to take? I feel great but I don't want this to be potentially harmful for me.

-Calcium w/ D3
-Chromium Picolinate
-L-Carnitine
-Fish Oil
-Co Q10
-Cranberry Extract
-Active Women's Multi
-Vitamin C
-Biotin
-Milk Thistle
-Magnesium
-Stress B Complex
-Primose Oil

It looks like you eat very healthy and do not need all those supplements when you are consuming them through the food you eat. The calcium supplement you presently take would be the only one suggesting to continue due to low dairy intake. Thank you for your question.

Every body is different. If you know that you need all those supplements for your training or depending on your goals, then go for it. A regular person might think is alot.but since you very active you might need most of them.  I do research on my supplements and if i need them to get to my goals faster, i take them but i also like my body to do its functions without the help of supplements or i cycle certain supplements. You mentioned that you feel great, i tend to have lots of energy with my supplements even when i dont  get enough rest, but when i dont use them i feel tired or lazy and im not the same with out my supplement. I didnt like that so i decreased my intake of certain supps.
