The mere fact that you've allowed others to influence your thinking on how bad you look is probably the largest cause of your slim look. Please forget thinking too much about that and get the mind relaxing and working effectively. If nothing at all,you can regain the weight you lost recently by beginning to feel happier for yourself, taking extra calories and protein as stated by Renee.

You have a new child and trying to keep a home. No wonder you probably have no time to eat. You are about 9kg underweight for your height. Suggest Carnation Instant Breakfast 2-3 times a day (it is cheaper then Ensure) and to boost the calories add ice cream or yogurt to it. For a cheaper way you can make your own milkshakes (milk, and ice cream blended together) or yogurt smoothies (yogurt, frozen fruit, and milk) for extra calories and protein.
