Of course I asked this for two reasons, for my own info as well as to help prettygirl.
Thanks Paxiled!
Yeah, ask her. You might be taking a poorly absorbed brand, however, so that's also a consideration, but there is the money factor. The more you pee out, the more money you've wasted. You could ask about trying a B50 or B75, but the more important question is why she has you on the B supplement. It might just be for one or two of the B's, but has you on the complex because B's work in synergy with one another and too much of one can leach out another. In that case, she very well might want you to waste the money just to be safe and get the right amount of the one or two she really thinks you need more of.
Interesting, Alicianicole,
My Urine has changed to be very bright yellow most all day and I'm taking B complex 100, 1x/day. So, when mentioning the urine color to my PCP, will she drop the dosage, drop the b vitamin all together, change how often I take a lower dose, or just say this is normal?
well if you have extra water soluble vitamins that your body doesnt need, they will be expelled through your urine. so yup, it happens! nothing to worry about :)
It's most likely the B vitamins, nothing to worry about.
Yes vitamins will turn your urine very yellow! I have had this happen to me.
