Hi,
just have a question regarding Milk.. I am trying to avoid too much vitamin A, and skim milk is fortified with it.
SO is it better to drink Homo milk? I only consume very litte anyways, so it really wouldnt make a difference.. I wouldnt think. Does Homogenized milk have lots of Vitamin A ?

Milk does have Vitamin A in it; however, skim milk does have more of the vitamin. When fat is taken out of the milk to make skim milk, the fat soluble vitamins got pulled out too so the vitamins are added back in. Suggest drinking regular milk or drink Soy milk, which is plant base.
