poor appetite ,eating disorder?

Over last 9 months have had rapid weight and hair loss (80-90lb weight loss,5ft 130lbs now ) 28 yrs old, started out having stomach issues/chronic inflamed appendix, had appendix out in oct.,now have 5cm ovarian cyst right ovary with constant gas, nausea, heartburn, bloating, bowel probs, and pain.
I have been basically surviving on ensure,1-2 a day, orange juice ,crackers, and just now started to eat solid food(meat) and reintroduce food back in my diet but only can take few bites as I feel full fast and feel worse after eating (I fear fiber)makes symptoms worse,do have history of IBS,but never had eating troubles like this before, every 2-3 hrs I can only take few small bites of food and feel like I ate a supersized Mcdonalds combo and get very bloated/gassy.
Is it possible being on liquid diet, ensure, for so long has shrunk stomach, and reason i cant eat alot ? I'm very worried I've developed eating disorder and I do fear food, and my hair is falling out.I dont force myself to vomit, and I dont,or abuse laxatives ,it isnt weight issue but pain issue prevents me from wanting to eat.Is there any foods I can eat that is easily digested and tolerated? I tried yogurt but I cant exist on such limited diet anymore and my dr is no help just tells me I can do this on my own,I'm very tired most of the time, rapid heartbeat and weak (alot of anxiety issues too)will I ever get my appetite back and be able to eat right again?
Any advice appreciated,ty!

I started to notice hair loss in Aug and its just getting worse. Also had thyroid levels check, all is normal. Also have ovarian cyst so now they are wondering if its hormone's along with other symptoms prob caused by poor diet or lack of.I use to have head full of hair and its very noticeable now the thinning especially front scalp area,I wake up with clumps on pillow, brushing,or just walking I shed everywhere..lol,it has me alarmed.Going to dr today so hopefully get some answers and direction about diet.Hope you find out too, could be your diet,or just stress, which I been under alot of stress with chronic pain.Take care and best wishes!

Just wondering how long you  were doing this before you noticed your hair loss. I was on a 1200 cal diet and walking 4x a week on treadmill...started losing hair rapidly and having other symptoms approx 3/4 mons after starting and when I went to the dr, she said it was nutritional and that I should take a mulitvitamin and incorporate fruits and veggies into my diet. My thyroid was also tested and my TSH levels were at 4.19 which is on the high side of normal. The dr told me to give it 3 mons and if i am still losing my hair then I should go back to the dr. 4 mons later, I am still losing my hair. My thyroid was again checked it was 3.4 this time. Now being referred to an endocronologist. Hope everything works out for you...you definetly need to increase you calorie intake and maybe you should see a nutritionist. Best wishes.
