Take your weight divide by two and what ever gives you that how much you should drink in ounces, for example I'm 200 pounds divide by 2 is 100 so i have to drink 100 ounces of water per day but the more you drink is better
People should drink daily of 8 glasses = 2 liters
but you should try as much as possible
try keeping a bottle with you it really helps!!!
