Loose threads and stitching on clothing

Hi, I'm a 16 year old boy from Birmingham, UK. I think I have a case of OCD. Whenever I buy expensive clothing, or just clothes in general, I feel as though they have to be perfect. I completely detest bad stitching and loose threads. I've ruined polo shirts and jackets which I've spent a lot of money on. I feel anxiety and it is really depressing that I have to feel this way. I can never seem to look past a small blemish. I can never look past an imperfection, even if I can't see it myself (for example, if it is on the back of a jacket). I HATE that I feel this way. Please help me.

I totally get this and go though really bad spells where I ruin clothes because of a small thread. Do you still suffer this,? Or did you find a cure

I kind of know someone like you.  She actually finds fault with a lot of things because the underlying problem is that she doesn't like to spend money.  She does it but then when she does, whatever she buys has to be perfect.  So can I ask, is it really the blemish you find or the fact that spending money really bothers you?
