OCD, PTSD, chronical psycho-emotional overanxiety

Dear everyone,
I am writing to you with the hope that you might help me get better orientated in medications available for my case. First of all, I have visit not a one doctor. Up to know nobody was able to give any productive advice for treatment. Talking into account how low qualified our Russian doctors are, I decided to read literature, talk to people and decide myself what I want to try from medications. I have probably three main problems:
1) Chronical psycho-emotional overanxiety. I totally psychologically depend on a certain sphere of my life, I think all the time about it. I mean I can work, I can do other things , but the backgound is always there. It's kind of obsession. If there is any problem I will the life is gonna end. So, when there are constant problems, like now, I am in a very deep fear that if it's gonna end I may commit a suiside. So, basically speaking this is the most important, hypertrofied topic for me. As a result, I am always in a bad mood (when there is a period poblem, and even when there isn't!), feel so much uncomfortable that sometimes it is even hard to breath. I gain headache and stomach ache from this, etc.
2) OCD. I have obsessive thoughts, also regarding that subject, and compulsive rituals.
3) I probably have a slight form of PTSR. There was an event which cost me much nerves and now, after around 8 years, I began to worry of it's gonna happen again and lately I started to restrict almost ridiculously everything related to that even, so that no way life can lead to that situation again.
Now, what I choose for the therapy. I started with sertralin around half a year ago. Now I take 150mg daily. It reduces the problem n2 significantly, but the third one is still there and the first one as well. Main reason for writing this topic is to search your advice on some medication called Phenazepamum, not sure if you know it, as it was produced in Russia, anyway it's actuve component is (I will try to translate) bromdihydrochlorphenilbenzodiazepin.I tried to take it to days ago 1 mg, just befoe going to bed. I felt soon a little bit dizzy, relaxed some muscle tremor was also there but psychologically I really felt better. Our doctors do not like this medication, they say it is very old and it brings to the dependance, and also the resistance to it will develop. So they do not recomment it in any case. But I like this medication. I had some conversation with another beginnin psychiatrists ans she offered getting off certraline gradually and going on to tiapride. I know that the last one is a neuroleptic, so I am not sure it is a good idea.
Can you cann anthing about these two medications - phenazepamum and tiapride, do you agree that phenazepamum is dangerous and bad or is it (maybe, who knows) used in your contry as well, or some analogue of it?
Thank you very much in advance.
Regards,
Kloto
