Hi, I dropped a wood walking cane on my foot 6 days ago, got xray and said I have a soft tissue crack , what is a soft tissue crack? siad if not better in 2 weeks go to my bone Dr!

The term soft tissues refers to all structures except the bone i.e. ligaments, tendons etc. This is likely to be a ligament injury and should heal in a few cays/ weeks with rest. Ice-packs and tylenol/ OTC NSAODS may be helpful for pain relief.
