Aching pain in wrist and hand

I fell on my outstretched hand 13 days ago.  I went to the doctors with swelling and soreness two days after I fell.  They took xrays but could not find any fracture.  I went home with my wrist and hand wrapped.  A couple of days ago I stopped wearing the wrap, because my hand wasn't swelling anymore.  I still have pain in my hand, on the top of my hand  (mostly between my thumb and pointer finger) and under my thumb on the side of my wrist and hand.  It also aches on the opposite side of my hand.  I am able to use my hand and wrist to do most things.  My hand is still slightly swelling at night and I wake up with a stiff hand.  I am noticing the most pain when my hand and wrist are at rest.  Could I still have a fracture somewhere and not know it.

I wouldn't worry about farther testing. But you might feel some paint in your hand for months and even years, until everything will heal 100% if you leave it as it is.
You need warm water treatment, massages and exercises for your hand and you need to start it now if you want it to heal nicely. Physical therapy can help you by educating you but you will need to do it daily yourself for faster recovery and healing.
I know because I play soccer and often in goal. I had it all, broken fingers, sprained wrists, sprained thumb, etc.

I am not doctor but I would suggest maybe a torn ligament. I would make an appointment to see an orthopedic hand doctor and get an mri done, maybe even an arthrogram.
Till then I would wear a splint and use a nsaid
