sorry to hear this. the same thing happened to my three month old daughter. when we took her into the doctor they immediatly called cps. its been almost two years and im still fighting to get my daughter back. unfortunitly the speacilist they send them to are there to make a case for cps. i found that you have to watch what you say because they have a way of twisting your words around. through my research i have found that there are alot of innocent families that are going through the same thing. i often find myself daydreaming about us all comming together for a civil lawsuit against cps for ruining our families.
im sorry to hear about this i live in california and had the same thing happen to my 3 months old only as soon as we took her to the doctor they called cps. its been almost two years and im still fighting to get her back.
My son & dtr law are currently going through an investigation for child abuse. My 2 mth old granddaughter has 2 fractured legs and 1 fractured arm. We requested that test be made for possible temporary brittle bones disease and the pediatrician refuses to do the test. We are horrified and need help! They are possibly losing custody of her and I need to find someone in Central New York to perform these tests before it's too late. Please someone help our family!!!
if anyvboby could give me a suggestion on what to do, my 7 week old son is in hospital with metapsheal and rib fractures, we dont have a clue how these have happened, and we have not done this to our baby, but the hospital and cps wont beileve us , weve had our children taken away from us and are only allowed supervised visits! the hospital will give us no information on him! they wont even tell us what tests his had! it seems to me if we dont get a spealist then we will be labeled as child abusers and our children will be lost to us! the worst thig is that if that happens our son and daugther will grow up thinking we have done this to him!!!!! can someboy please help me? im desperste and i dont no what to do!!!!!!
hile i was looking for a british speclist i came across these professor from america. Robert J Chihak MD. and Micheal Arnold Gluek MD. i really hope they can help you, im from england and the same thing is happening to me!!!
That's what I said, they're more concerned with pointing the finger at me and DH than they are finding a reason why my son is breaking bones, it has been 2 weeks since they found out my son had 8 broken bones and they've done NOTHING AT ALL except an eye test, they haven't tested a drop of blood, no x-rays, nothing. I had to BEG the pediatric specialist in Syracuse to do a skin biopsy to find out what's wrong with him. Hopefully this is all over wednesday.
srry for what your dealing with, at least he's with family. hopefully they'll get a diagnoses soon for you. and when they do YOU need to request an apology from cps.
Omg I'm sorry sorry!!
It seems like Child Services act on cases that DON'T NEED IT and don't even bother with the children that do!
I traveled 8 hours to a specialist in NYC for the doctor to tell me he has some symptoms but she just treated she didn't diagnose, Dameon has a skin graph on Wed. to test for diseases. This entire thing is KILLING me, I have "visitation" of Dameon from 7am-10pm, he's staying with my sister, thank god, but I want him home with ME, he's my baby. Hopefully wednesday I'll get some answers..
Oh no I didn't know he broke anything, let us know what you find out!
Kimberlee~ I'm not bragging... not trying to anywayse, but my mom is the person who taught me to research stuff and get answers so easily. lol If you need anymore information just lemme know. Since I"m taking it easy (so I don't have anymore contractions... plus I'm sick w/a horrible cold, bleh) I get a couple hrs online each day.
Yeah about 4 hours, thank you ladies so much, especially martikadragoon thank you so much!
i was also gonna suggest going into the city. ny state is big- are you near nyc?
