Continuos pain in Right Shoulder for two to three months.

HI,
My aunt had got a jerk during climbing on a ladder, and she conuslt with an orthopaedics about it, Dr ask for an MRI and MRI details are following.

Partial thickness tear in the bursal fibres of the subscapularis tendonwithout any significant retraction of the torn tendons fibres. Mild fluid surrounding the tendon . It involving arround 50% of the tendon thickness.

Please suggest me a proper line of treatment or any good orthopaedics in mumbai.
