Hi! My brother has history of right knee trauma years ago from playing basketball

He had undergone mri and it showed he has chronic acl tear enchondroma small radial tear on the body of meniscus and small baker's cyst. We are concern since he still complaining of pain and he wants to resume his active lifestyle. What should be the treatment for this kind of problem?
