Knee injury after physio

I did my Medial collateral ligament on my left knee 10 months ago. I went to see 3 NHS doctors over 5 months and each told me to rest. I then finally got assigned to Physio which really helped. I was told because of the time (5 months) my ligament had attached back to my leg incorrectly. Anyway I have now done 4 months of solid physio and it's just ended. I feel about 85% back. the problem and my actually question is, When i run or play sport I am mentally worrying about my leg, this means i run like a un natural and other people can spot it. However i think im running normally. Its because i don't want to hurt it again and therefore protecting it when i should be. Anyone got any tips of out to get out of this mind set?

Hello Dear,
If the healing has taken place correctly, then need not worry. If it is incomplete you need some surgical intervention. You should go in for a x-ray to know the present pathological state which will decide the further treatment.
