LAC for ECU subluxation
In a LAC for ECU subluxation, and have already asked my dr a ton of email questions, and dont want to annoy him any more. I know I have to just rest everything from the elbow down to the wrist and let it waste away to nothing, but would flexing the bicep inside the cast so it gets at least a little exercise affect anything?
