Hi there!

Though it is possible to get mortons neuroma twice in the same foot; other possibilities such as fractures, ligament/ tendon injuries, infections, inflammations like fasciitis etc, spur formation, heel fat pad syndrome, arch issues etc may also need to be considered as possible diagnoses to the symptoms. I would suggest consulting an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
